Trojan Transfer Applicants,
The USC Transfer Self-Reporting Tool is now closed for the Fall 2025 application cycle. Thank you for using this service to report your transfer credit.
If you did not have a chance to use this service, please don’t worry as it has no bearing on your candidacy for admission to the University. All applicants who were unable to self-report some or all of their coursework with this tool are still eligible for the same transfer credit consideration as any other student. Please be sure to send in official transcripts of your coursework. If you are admitted, we'll evaluate your courses and provide you with an updated Transfer Credit Report (TCR) before your registration for the Fall.
Applicants are encouraged to order their official transcripts delivered electronically if your school offers this option. If your school offers secure pdf transcript delivery, you may order that sent to uetrans@usc.edu. Electronic reporting allows us to receive your transcript and evaluate your coursework sooner. We do still accept and process hard-copy transcripts if that is your preferred option. Hard copy transcripts may be sent to:

We hope you are staying safe and healthy, and we wish you the best with your candidacy and with finishing out the Spring term at your current institution. Be well, and Fight On!
